Glad to hear you got some goodies for Christmas!  About the only thing you 
would need is a y-spiltter that lets you feed both mono cables into the 
splitter so that you get both left and right signal paths (input 9 and 10, 
respectively).  The other end will be a stereo plug going into the input jack 
on the brain.  That should be all you need.
