Ok - I'm back for the new year (took a couple days to make bail). OGD- would love to see pics of the tubing. Hope all are safe and renewed for 2004. So I opened up the pedal and added a piece of rubber tubing just below the rubber rocker pad that "rolls down" across the sensor. This went in just between the where the rubber rocker pad connects to the base plate with the two screws and the actually sensor strip on the base plate. This forces the rubber pad back up off of the sensor strip where the first contact position is made. The second thing I did was to take the spring from a second HH65 that I am no longer using and doubled up on the spring that is in the one that I am using. This forces the metal foot plate back up a whole lot better and seems to give a lot better feel to the pedal.
