£700 as a reserve for a second hand DTXpress is a bit high as you 
rightly point out.  However, I'm not sure there are many IIs around 
in the UK anymore and maybe the sellers know this.

It's a shame that the auction for the boxed kit being sold by ADC 
Drums has now closed.  It went for a great price (£650 with the 
postage) and Andy at ADC has always been good to deal with in my 
experience.  Admittedly I've only bought small items from him but I 
don't see any reason why buying a kit should be any different.
