Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Hi,

This is concerning the TP80s.  My pad works perfectly on the playing 
surface.  However on the RIM, it only triggers on the right side
(when used in the snare position).  For the other side, I must hit 
harder for it to trigger.  Is the rim suppose to trigger all around 
the rim (360 degrees)?  

For the PCY60, when I hit the cymbal very hard, I hear a crash and a 
light sound of TOM1.  Why does this happen?  Is it the pad? the 
cable? or the module?  Will a system reset make a difference? How do 
we do a system reset?
