I am attaching a scan of the packaging of the
product that I bought and which was modified to do the job I needed
done. It provides the details you asked for. The website for the
manufacturer is printed on it as well. ; I do not have the model number
right now for the correct part. Perhaps you will find it on the
website. Just the same, I will pursue it and forward it later, just in
case.
I mentioned in my earlier e-mail that the packaging
spelled out the difference between the two adapters. That info is actually
present on the packaging of the correct part, not on the incorrect part as you
will see.
