Re: [DTXpress] MIDI question

2000-12-30 by Thad Brown

Thanks for the response. I don't have problems getting MIDI data to show
up in my sequencer, though I'm having problems getting some kits to trigger
right so I'll have to get into the manual to figure out how to get that
running properly. My question is that even with my sequencer off, even my
computer off, when I turn on the dtx it is sending MIDI data out to all of
the devices on my interface, regular pulses of activity in the "out" set of
LEDs (the green ones) even when nothing is getting triggered. It looks to
me like it's beat clock or something of that sort, and for the life of me I
can't figure out where to turn if off.

Does your DTX do the same thing?
