Hello Bob.... Congratulations....DtX press, a very economical way to get some reliable triggers and now with all the vsti for drums, opens up a world of possibilities......Most of the fun is making your own kits.... Download some of the Giles Hearns kits from the DTX website....pretty cool... Also, have you checked out Loopazoid? (free), rm-2 (reads AIFF and LM-4 wizoo kits)??? The best addon so far for me has been the Hart Accusnare (chrome shell 13" snare with rim and pad trigger) for around $200 from Interstate Music....just couldnt take beating on a rubber pad for a snare anymore..... Down the road you can also upgrade to the Roland Td-8 module, the Alesis DM pro, the td-10 amongst others....carefull though.... I've found that the hi-hat controller for the dtx didnt easily work with some of these.... Good luck..
