The ddrum method really is elegant and economical, not in the cymbal and not in the module, really, but in the sample(s). I wouldn't want an extra tiddlywink stuck into the cymbal in harm's way. But, as Roland has proved with the TD-20, it can be done in the module even if the commitment is to COSM or other such modeling. Ed
