Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Hi,

If you haven't tried it already, enter the trigger edit section and 
set the self rejection value to zero (or possibly one). I also 
recommend to mess around with the gain and velocity values to create 
your own customised triger setup.
