Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Hey guys,
I just did my yearly drumset cleaning (DTXPRESS 1).  I took 
everything apart, washed it then reassemble again.  

Now here is my problem, when I play on tom1 there is vibration in the 
rack that makes it trigger a light sound of tom2.  Same thing goes 
for the cymbals, when i hit them a little bit harder i hear a light 
sound of tom1.  Is it possible that the position of my triggers are 
causing this?  How can i minimize the amount of vibration on my rack?
