I'm a devoted fan of in-ear monitors ever since I bought my E2's. I
really can't play the xpress with my old Beyer Dynamic cans anymore,
because the amount of stick noise is so irritating compared to using
the plugs.

With the isolating plugs I can keep the headphone volume really low
which has to be a good thing for my hearing.
