Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Sorry guys for posting so much, but I got nowhere else to turn.

So, I got my hands on an old pearl bass drum. I plan to re-cover it 
in a funky orange satin flame design.

I've been looking at mesh heads for bass drums. I found some large 
enough to fit my new drum.

Now, to get it wired for electric, I just need a trigger, right?

Since my kit is Yamaha, I can find the DT-10 and DT-20 triggers. 
Will these do what I'm looking for? Am I missing something?

So, I'll just run my standard DTX I kit with a modified bass drum 
thrown underneath for looks.

Am I totally off?
