Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

I have had my xpress II since December, you know why I don't have any 
problems? Because I play the darn thing, I brought it home, plugged 
it in and played it. I don't understand how anyone could have a brand 
new kit, not know anything about it and start resetting, tweaking 
this and that, has anyone just sat down and played it? Just a 
thought.... Oh wait I do have one question, I can't turn the "click" 
down, thing makes me rip my headphones off everytime, using shift 
button doesn't do it either.
