I have a DTXIII but I think this will be true for I's and II's.  I'm 
sure somebody can correct me if I'm off.

I bought a TP120 to use as my snare and moved the TP65s to use as a 
tom.  The TP65s will function exactly as a stereo 2-zone pad when 
used in one of the stereo inputs.  The factory sound for the rim zone 
will be automatically set to the rimshot sound for the given tom.  
You could replace all your toms with TP65s's if you wanted to do so 
and get all the rim sounds.

The TP120 is the same as the TP100 except for the size (12" vs. 
10").  I tried my TP120 on the tom inputs and ditto, got the rim 
sounds.  I really like the 120 as my snare because of the size and 
the feel.  I guess in theory you should be able to replace your toms 
with TP100's.    The only catch is that the tuner dial on the pad 
itself does not work at all with the DTXpress module (it'll work just 
like the TP65s).  They're quite a bit more expensive than the TP65s's 
though.  You could offset the cost of your new pads by selling the 
old ones on that new classifieds database the group just created.
