Montreal e-drummers

2004-11-09 by daniel_hamekasi

hey guys.

I have purchased a DTXpress II and am having trouble setting the whole
thing up ergonomically.

I don't feel comfortable at all while playing as my knees keep hitting
the snare support (6ft1) and I don't know how far away I should
install the double pedals.

I am very new to drumming (although I've been playing percussions for
7 years)

Is there anyone in the Montreal area whole would be willing to help me
properly set-up this baby.

if not, then maybe some of you could take detailed pictures of your
rig so I could see how things set-up.

oh yes, and one other thing. I play the ride with my left hand (so I
guess you could say I'm a lefty) my toms go from high to low, right to
left.

that being said, which side of the rack should the bass drum sensor be
located?

Hi Daniel,

While you're waiting for responses, check out the "Photos" section,
specifically "Archive," for lots of pictures of members' kits. You
can access "Photos" in the box on the left side of the page at our
site.
