Adam,

I presume you are not using the acoustic snare to trigger the module, so
self-rejection and specific rejection functions will have no impact. The
third rejection setting also looks for other pads being triggered
through the inputs to determine which has the lowest settings among the
inputs, but can sometimes have a slight effect.

So you may want to try reducing the gain on the pad that is triggering
to see if that helps.

Hi,

I'm using an acoustic snare drum with my dtxpress2. I've noticed that
when I hit it, the tom1 pad (closest to the snare) responds a little
bit. Which of the rejection settings would be best to look at to
prevent this from happening?

Thanks,
Adam

and possibly raise the minimum velocity.

OGD,

Can you add a trigger to the acoustic snare and set the sound to "No
assign." and get some canceling to work w/o producing a sound at all from
the module?
