Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

hi all,

i'm trying to build my own dtxpander and am having trouble reading the schematic 
(DTXpander cheap B). i don't know what JP1 is (above D3). i also have no idea what VR1 is 
(next to R1). i'm also hoping someone could post a pic of the pcb before everything is 
soldered. this is my first time dealing with pcb's.

Parebele,

JP1 is a simple two pin jumper.  It allows you to short out the diode
D3.  VR1 is a 100k potentiometer.  I will post the PCB layout in case
that helps.
