MIDI drum mapping Cubase 4

I was wondering if anyone has been able to setup a MIDI map for Cubase 4 using a DTXPRESS III. If so could you provide a quick bulleted list of the steps I am supposed to do to get this too work. Also, I would like to trigger kits in NI Battery 3, so I am not sure if this is necessary information. Thanks for the help!
