I don't have the schematics, but if you can read the part number I should be able to identify it. Otherwise, if you can show which part it is I can open mine up and see what it is.
My concern would be that the part which is physically damaged may not be the cause. For example, a short circuit capacitor or diode could blow up the regulator.
