Assigning a .wav midi file from memory card to a trigger

Hi, I am new to midi drumming I have the DTXtreme iis I recorded a midi sample from my computer to the memory card and stored it saved it. I am trying to assign to one of the triggers on one of the toms so I can trigger it when the band is playing the song. Any all help would be greatly appreciated
