Midi mapping

I have a DTXtreme iis and have rencently purchased Addictive Drums 2. There is not a preset my for my particular kit. There is one for the DTXpress iv and the DTXpress iii but not for mine. I need to map my kit to the program. Anyone with experience with this would be a great help. I was looking for a list of midi notes fro this kit but can't find that either.
