High Hat problem ?

High Hat problem ?

hi all...got my DTX yesterday, but for the life of me cant get the 
high hat pedal to work (aaarrrggghhh)...i dont think ive wired it up 
wrong, as ive back tracked everything over and over again, im getting 
sound from the high hat pad but the pedal does nothing...any ideas

hello, which hihat pedal do you have for your dtxpress kit (the hh-
60,or hh-80)??? are you using a stereo cable on it??? (the input jack 
for the hihat pedal requires a stereo cord for operation,if you are 
using a mono cable,and you have a radio shack near you , you can buy 
an adapter for the end of the mono cable for like $2.00 and it would 
solve the problem....
plus you wanna make sure that your hihat trigger pad is plugged into 
the hihat input(input 8)and make sure that the hihat pedal is plugged 
into the hihat pedal input(almost directly below the hihat pad input)

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
