Retry of "crosstalk" question

Not sure why my last message didn't show up right in the daily chat
journal, so I'll repost to see if anybody else has any ideas on the
problem. Thanks to Walt for his suggestions.. I'll be trying his
ideas out.

Hi folks,

I'm sure you've had the problem of: if you hit a pad, the pad next to
it sounds as well (apparently from the vibration of the pad that
you're striking). So, what is the best way to eliminate that? There
is pad sensitivity setting in the brain, then there is the control on
the bottom of the pad, and there is rejection settings as well. What
needs to be changed to eliminate that? One of them, all of them, or
combination?

What have folks found that works the best?

Any help greatly appreciated!
