Using triggers on Acoustic kit..

Hi there, Does anyone use the DTXPress acoustic drum triggers (aren't they called DT10 & DT20?!?!?!)? What kind of experience have people had with these on their kits? I'm thinking of using them to fatten up my bass drum sound for live stuff (instead of miking the bass drum).
