dtxtreme

I now have the dtxpressII kit. I would like to buy the dtxtreme drum
trigger module. Does anyone know if there is a "cross stick sound" in
the dtxtreme module that can be triggerd with a pad? If not, it is a
drag because it has everything else I need!

I can't imagine yamaha leaving out something that
important in the sound bank. To be certain though, if
you call a decent drum shop that carries the dtxtreme
they should be able to grab the instruction manual and
check there to see what is in the sound list. -Joe

Thanks Joe, ;but I tried that already. I even downloaded the owners manual on the module from the Yamaha site. Unlike the dtxpressII, they do not show a list of sounds / effects in that manual.

Yes, the DTXtreme has cross stick sounds. I have not
done a one to one comparison, but chances are that it
would have the same cross stick sounds as the DTXpress
has. Walt
