Frustrated New Owner

2000-08-31 by Herb

Hey guys,

this group is awesome, I've read most of the posts, and solutions that you
guys offer, I just picked up a DTXPRESS last night from my local
dealer, It works great!!! I just can't seem to get the HH Controller to
do anything, no response at all, when I step on it I thought I would at
least hear the sound of the two cymbals smacking together, and be able to
do all those nice accents I like to do so much, but nothing!!! not even
open and closed, its permanently open...how annoying....any answers, I
heard that it has an internal volume, inside the pedal itself is that
true? also how do I access all those midi voices I hear so much about,
Guitar Piano Tuba, that stuff......Thanks for the group guys,

Herb
