That's why I don't buy or sell anything on e-Bay - you can never tell when you 
have an honest buy or not.  This sort of thing makes the wild, wild west of 
the 1800's pale in comparison to today, the wild, wild modern times.

Hi I want to warn some of you before this happens to you.  Please do
NOT buy a dtxpress II drumset from cool_buyer on ebay.  His auctions
are for $750 buy it now.  I and many others have been ripped off.  

I will spare you the details but a few.  Basically he is from ESTONIA

off an online store new.  Although, this sets me back a few dollers

Oh, hell. I feel rather guilty about that, as I posted here having 
seen those for sale. If it was my posting that sent you that way... 
well, what can I say? I'm mortified. I'll resolve not to do that

No it wasnt you, i only came here after buying the set.

Thanks for the warning coachman, I have just recently bought an amp 
from someone on ebay. The only reason I bought it was because it was 
from someone local, and it was a cash on delivery job. What kind of

Ebay really didnt do anything but since others were ripped off I was
able to contact them and get my money back via a detective. (hopefully
well see when it comes back)

But, I did get a dtxpress II off musicansfriend.com for $850 with
minor scratchs.  Look on there site for more info, it is a great deal.
 It is coming on wendsday next week.  CANT WAIT!!!!!!!!

I would have fallen into the trap if not for reading your post.
I saw the very auction you are referring to and was planning on 
buying a kit next week.

There are currently a bunch of auctions on Ebay from "cblphan" with a
$799 buy it now option.  Does anyone know anything about this seller?
 Are they legit, or is this possibly the same guy under a different name?
