hello again everyone

heven't been on here for while again . i've been very busy with a
ton of different recording projects (when it rains it pours so to
speak) i wanted to wish everyone on the group a "happy turkey day" i
hope all is well ... i have once again gone in and cleared some
more older pics out of my photo album, and i have also added a few
newer pics so if you want go check out some of new gear i bought
recently for my home studio ( coming soon is a roland 24 channel
board for my acoustic kit recording) i have been hard at work in 3
different studios right now,and just got offered to go do a u.s.o.
tour in south korea this coming year with some friends in a band ,so
i'm really excited about that .. i miss hanging out on the group .
it's great to see this group is going even stronger than before . it
helps when you have people who really care making sure all is
well .. i'll be throwing a few temporary mp3's files up within the
next few days hopefully (if i can get enough time) for you guys to
check out some demo stuff i've done with my dtxpress mod.. hope to
hear any feedback from you guys on them when i get them on here ..

toodles for now,
            sam(otacon28)

Sam,

Can't wait hear them. Also, thanks for the pics.

Since you have been gone, I have task myself with managing the
photo's area. We were running out of space, so I created two photo
albums "Archived" and "New Kits". The "Archived" contains photo 45-
60 days old (in small and medium size formats) and the "New kits"
contains all new photos (in small, medium and fullsize formats).
Each member can have photos in both areas.

New photos go into the "New kits" album section, and 30-60 days
later, I move them to the Archive section.

I copied the Fullsize version of the photos to my local drive for
safekeeping, I then delete the fullsize version and move the mid-
size and thumbnails to the Archived area. That way, we can all enjoy
new photos at a large scale and still be able to maintain everyones
photos in the long run at a small/med. scale.

I moved your new photos, so, you now have two albums with the older
photos in one and the new photos in another.

Again, thanks for sharing updated photos.

cool, i should have some more time this weekend to get some up on
here. i'm gonna create some mp3's from my recorder (the vs-1880) so
i can scale downthe file size instead of importing them from my cd .
then i think if i optomize the recording it will lower the amount of
file space they take up . a few mp3's have a full band atmosphere on
them so they're a little larger of a file (these are pretty much
early demoes of songs i'm actually going to be tracking in one
studio i'm working in starting next week, now that all the songs are
demoed...) i'm gonna have them up for a little while then delete
them off after a bit to help preserve the space available on the
group . as with my photos as well some more of the older outdated
pics will go shortly as well to helpout too .

hope everyone had a great turkey day,

Hi Sam,

It's nice to hear from you again, and see the new gear. It's like old
home night. Now, if we can just get Walt to make a guest appearance,
we'd have a full house.

thanks man'
i missed the group a ton (this place was like a second home
to me) it's great to see the members list keep growing .. i've still
been looking all around the net at different places he use to run on
to see if he's still out there anywhere, but still haven't come
acrossed him yet .. i just hope everythings going well for him .. i
miss the old times with him. i'd be online for hrs. with him,and
we'd never run out of stuff to talk about (call it common interests
i guess) i wanted to tell him about the tour i got offered to go do
in the spring too. he'd be psyched about that .. i'm gonna try to
get some of demoes together and on here this weekend . i'll p.m you
whne they're up and you can give some feedback eh ?? gotta run round
2 on turkey and i can't say no to that ..(LOL)

i'll get back with ya' soon,

hope you had a great turkey day,
                           sam(otacon28)
