Hi Jon,

I agree with a previous post, a powered mixer would be
handy as it saves space etc etc.

For speakers, I'd recommend a 3 piece set-up, some 12"
top speakers and a 15" sub for the bass drum.

If you wanted to have a quick look at
www.thomann.de/uk (thats the British version, they are
actually in Germany), I'd go for some very reasonable
Yamaha S12es at \ufffd166 each , or Peavey Eurosys 2s at
\ufffd99 each.

They have some great prices on subs too - the Peavey
Eurosys 500RX at \ufffd129! 

I'm positive they'll ship to where you are, and you
said you couldn't spend much... but take a look!

P.S. Thomann do their own make of Speakers T.Box (take
a look at the PA12E or PA15E) and their own bargain
amps - T.amp.
