The DTXpress and Roland SPD-20

The DTXpress and Roland SPD-20

2001-01-10 by Ronald B. Singleton

I just purchased the Yamaha DTXpress. I also have the Roland SPD-20. Does anyone know if the two can be linked together so the SPD-20 can trigger the DTXpress sounds?
Any help would be appreciated

Connect the SPD-20 MIDI OUT to the DTXpress MIDI IN. Then it is a matter of
setting the
Channel and MIDI note numbers to match the sounds in the DTXpress.

I have a Roland Octapad (PAD-80) and I plan to do the same thing.
