DTXpress Vs. DTX PRO

DTXpress Vs. DTX PRO

2001-01-17 by psx333@hotmail.com

Hello,

DTXpress Vs. DTX PRO :-
-------- -- --- ---

I own a cheap acoustic kit that I bought to practice on.
Due to room and noise and my current kit quality being bad, I'm
thinking of buying the Yamaha DTX PRO.

I want to buy the best kit for me out of the two DTX's. I've heard
that the PRO version is the best (hence the price) as it has stereo
pads.

I was wondering if anyone was able to compare the two kits and list
what one has that the other one does not.

If I buy any of the kits, I will probably get the PRO version. I just
don't want to rush in and find out that the Express version had
something that the PRO does not that I could miss out of.

I've heard that the Express has the PC-Host and the PRO does not. And
i'm wondering if I will miss that feature not been on the PRO version.

All I want is a "Great" sounding kit. In which I can control the
noise level. Something I don't need to tune skins on etc.

Is there anyone out there that has such good knowledge about both of
these products to help me make up my find which to go for ??
If so "please" do!

WHAT WILL I USE THE KIT FOR? :-
For general home use only. To take as a serious hobby. To learn more
on. To use allot!

Thanks in advance,
Neil

DTX Pro is new to me. Can you describe the difference or point us to a URL?
