Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

I doubt it's going to be a common combination but just in case, I've 
been trying to get my new Hart kit to work with the Dtxpress Mk1 
module.

After much trial and error the comination does work - the trick is 
to make all the pad types 'DT' - i.e. as though the inputs are from 
drum triggers.

The Hart hi-hat pedal will not work as the polarity is different but 
I just use the original Yamaha one with the Hart hi-hat cymbals.
The overall sounds are a bit lacking in 'warmth' to my ear and 
rather machine-gun like - perhaps a tad less sensitivity than with 
the original Mk1 pads but until my TD20 arrives it plays pretty good.

Just thought I'd mention it in case it's of use to anyone else.
