Greetings from the past!

Greetings from the past!

2004-06-16 by brown8700

Hey Guys!
How's everyone doing? It's been a while since I checked in here, but
it looks like the regular posters are still around...plus a few new
ones.

I haven't played my e-kit for a while as my band mates have taken a
liking to the Starclassics. Oh well.

The new DTXpressIIIsp looks super. Anyone have one yet. How many have
you bought OldGuy?

Later,
Stephen

Stephen,

As I live and breath, I was not far from emailing you to see how
things were going. I assume well. I'll let OGD tell you about his
buying decisions. In the meantime, Brian LaRue and I have started a
new official Pintech group, linked to the Pintech site at
http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/pintech_visulite/, which I hope
will establish some ties to this one. It will feature Brian as a
moderator, as a periodic chat room participant, and as a problem
solver--within his time constraints. I've already nicked your Zenbal
review for the Files section. Maybe we can catch up better soon.

Stephen,

It has been a while, your last post was 3/12/04. (No I don't have that good
of a memory, I just have a spreadsheet that tracks that kind of stuff.)
Actually, I bypassed the IIISP and went to the Dtxtreme IIS. Two came in the
local GC, I got one and tried to get the second one, but there are two other
people on the waiting list. It's still in the boxes (comes in four boxes),
so I can't report anything on it. It came with a free Behringer KX1200,
Yamaha FP7210, DW throne for $2599. The problem is going to physical space
in terms of how much of the original monster can be incorporated into the
new toy.

Good to hear back from you guys...you remembered. OGD, I just KNEW
you were going to get at least one of these!

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
