Sounds like your internal battery is dead. It is a CR2032 cell, about the size of a nickel. Ideally, you should replace the internal battery, which is soldered onto the board, with a battery holder and a new battery. For a complete how-to, go here: http://www.pallium.com/bryan/dwbattery.php If you aren't into doing your own electronic repairs, print that page and take it and your DW8000 to any decent electronics or musical instrument repair shop. --- In DW8000@yahoogroups.com, "shbhanda" <shbhanda@y...> wrote: > > I got a dw8000 but when i turn it on the led's just flash for a second and then switch off. > does anyone know what is wrong?
