If you read the section on "Creating Sounds" you'll realize you are about to open up a new world that's been sitting in front of you this whole time and never knew it. The sounds you can get from this old synth are remarkable. Understand this is 20+ year old technology and not quite as easy as looking on an LCD screen for "strings" or "harmonica" but programing is not difficult. What might be difficult is saving that very cool sound that you discover. There are programs available on e-bay and other sources (including one in the files section) that allow you to save through MIDI to your PC. If this is not do-able, you might want to resort to the old tape drive method (again, see the manual). I have a pdf copy of the manual if you have trouble downloading but it's about 15 Gig. Good luck. I hope you find your way. RA
