DW-8000 Circuit Boards--Parts for sale or trade?

I have two dw8-8000's,   both of which have bad circuit boards--the
board which contains the battery  is bad on both.   Does any one have
one of the lets call it the battery circuit board for trade or sale. 
As near as I can tell, I have two good of everything else.
