DW8000 - Midi suddenly only sending Note off?

I have a DW8000 which I purchased new back in '86. It also has the Angel City Turbo board installed. Recently the instrument suddenly stopped sending everything except Note Off data via the MIDI OUT port. l verfied this with MidiOx. Where is the MIDI board in the instrument, or could this be something with the Angel City Turbo add-on? Any thoughts?
