Got my DW 8000 today

Got my DW 8000 today

2005-02-20 by josephex@josephexperimental.com

ok, I got my DW 8000 today in good condition!

Can't wait to create some patches with this thing and use it in my
music.

Anyone know of some places where I can get patches in that I may
be interested in for synthpop music? I know the programming on
this will be easy, but there might be some stuff out there of interest.

This is the guy to turn to for patch banks and a software editor for
the DW-8000:

His DW-8000 Editor is great, and it seems to work on all versions of
Windows, not just 3.1 and 95. It works both as a librarian and an
editor. The Patches.zip file contains the factory presets as well as
banks from the EX-8000, MEX expander, and some custom banks. You'll
be sure to find some good stuff for synthpop in there.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
