playing on more than one patch at the same time?

playing on more than one patch at the same time?

2003-02-18 by Xucaen <xucaen@yahoo.com>

Hello, I've just started using an Atari ST for sequencing. Does anyone
know if the dw-8000 can play more than one patch at the same time? I
can record in different patches but so far all tracks play back
using one sound.

thankx!

Hi
The DW-8000 is not multi-timbral unless you have the turbo upgrade that was offered for a while. That allowed splitting the 2 oscillators into separate midi channels but the drawback was each sound could only be created by a single oscillator.
