Digital BW, The Print

I'm looking for settings options for printing black and white, R1900 printer, with the Epson inks.  I'm seeking to minimize metamerism, color cast. I'm starting off with Photo Wiz BW Styler.  But the only suggestion I've found for the Epson software is to use the "No Color Management" setting.  That seems to work fairly well, but perhaps there's a better way.

I see that the Epson software using "Photo Enhance," has a setting under "Scene Correction" for "grey".  Does anyone know what that's about?  I can't find info.
