Digital BW, The Print

I have  been away from this groups for some time.  I was always amazaed at the free sharing of ideas and the creativity at moving along the science of bw printing. 

I need to get my small epson printer back up and running agin after a long illness including a de tox from high dosages of oxycontin.

but I only have one question here before I catch up on black only or a move to a multi black set of inks . . .. cis?

where can I get large prints eg 3x4 feet printed in bw with maximum dmax,  nice rich blacks particlarly in the toronto area but Iam willing to send anywhere.  I send my color to quadalahara because it is so cheap to print large and with great quality
