Digital BW, The Print

In general I scan in RGB, edit in RGB after reducing the 
saturation to zero, use Roark curves and print with  MIS inks. The 
only printing modification to the workflow so far is to use a 
transfer curve I developed for Somerset PE. I have found color 
film, if not changed to black to white tones will print without 
proper detail and unusual colors, as one would imagine. Even 
with BW negs, then scan is done in RGB. Try for yourself, the 
tonality and details and edges seem better.
