Please be advised that Hawk Mountain Papers has moved all operations to Georgia.  The address for the Hawk Mountain Papers office is now 5351 Edgerton Drive, Norcross, Georgia 30092. So what is going on?  After thirteen years in the inkjet paper business, HMP president Diana York has decided to move on to other ventures.  Diana carried the operational load for all of that time.  She and her late husband, George Coon, had the vision and perseverance to establish Hawk Mountain Papers and build it into a recognized and successful developer and supplier of inkjet media.  I wish her well in her new pursuits.
 
The rest of the founding team, Dr. Mike Richard and myself, will continue to develop and market inkjet media.  We are working on some new papers (and other materials such as inkjet printable fabrics) which we hope will be ready for launch later this year.  I will keep you posted on developments there.
 
Of course I have had to transfer all of the business systems we were using but have not yet gotten the publishing software we use to make up the Hawk Mountain newsletter so you're getting this e-mail notification without all the normal bells and whistles.
 
We continue to have a good supply of many of our popular papers including Merlin Natural, Condor BriteWhite, Condor Natural, Sharpwing Lustre, Sparrowhawk, Nighthawk and Broadwing.  We have limited sizes and supply in Merlin Photo, Merlin BriteWhite, Merlin Textured, Osprey Velvet,  Peregrine Velvet 250, and Kestrel.  Please visit our website for current supply and pricing. 
 
I hope to see and/or talk with you in the future at a trade show or industry event.  We are planning to have a booth at PhotoPlus Expo in New York City, Oct. 28-30, and most likely also at Imaging USA in 2011.
