a) because if there is a european source, I'd rather support them
b) I want more than one black to give flexibility for toning
c) I need a CFS (though I can probably get that in the UK)
d) the extra cost , and delays, are not entirely directly related to the 
package value - part is a handling charge from the shipping company, 
which is unknown until its delivered.
