Digital BW, The Print

It has been awhile, but what I've done on a 1200 and 1290 is: 

1) Move the ink cart holder to the reload position and pull the power plug. The holder should now move freely.
2) Tape down the edges of a double or triple folded paper towel piece so that the holder can be moved over the towel portion.
3) Saturate the paper towel with Windex.
4) Position the holder over the wet part and let it sit. Give it a couple of hours or so, and then remove it all and do a cleaning cycle on some scrap copy paper. If you still have a problem, repeat and let it stand overnight.

Just be gentle when moving the holder over the wet paper towel. You don't want to have too much wet paper that you are tearing it, but enough so there's contact. Keep the paper wet, without flooding the printer.

  Apparently through trying to print on a photo paper with slightly bent corners, the paper became misaligned with a result (diagnosed on my part) that one of the nozzles got clogged up, and repeated printer-programmed cleaning cycles have failed to clear it. (The clogged nozzle manifests itself as a while line down the far right side of landscaped formatted prints.) I read somewhere of a cleaning process for this printer utilizing a paper towel soaked in Windex, but I can't find it anywhere. Can someone either point me towards it, or otherwise instruct me on what I may further do to clear that particular nozzle? Many thanks.
