It's been a mixed bag for me in my first few months with them, and I think at least most of the disappointments I've had with MIS have been avoidable if I'd known how they do business. But I don't think not answering mail is an acceptable eccentricity. In fact, I think not acknowledging orders at their own initiative, not routinely emailing tracking numbers when orders are filled, etc. is pretty shabby service these days.
