Have a look at www.inksupply.com (MIS Associates) also follow the link to the Paul Roark site I believe that the use of the 18003MK set-up will work on the 1900 (perhaps Paul will confirm.) You can use refillables or a CIS. MIS also do ready filled carts. As regards clogs , there are no promises here ! I find that if the printer is used regularly and turned off between uses it is usually OK. Chris. PS; above reply posted in error as 'Carbon Ink Supply 'as a separate post. --- In DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com, "adventeseek" <adventeseek@...> wrote: > > I have been able to get QTR to print well on uncoated Bristol Paper and some nice textured water color paper with the stock Epson matte black. Can anyone advise me of which single black matte ink (Carbon) I can use with the least problem for clogs? Also, at this stage the single black matte printing is acceptable. I would like to use a carbon ink as you recommend. I'd like to order some. Are these refillable carts? Or do I need a CIS? I've been googling this all day but haven't pinned down what to order. > > Any advice would be appreciated. > > Thanks again > > M. Webber >
