Er no, they make their lenses in fittings for several manufacturers, but only 
one at a time!

Making a camera with different lens mounts is an entirely different issue. 

Cosina have tried, in that there are several so-called own-brand cameras that 
are really Cosinas, but these are all manual only and bottom-of-the-range 
models, plus the Voigtlander Leica mount bodies, which are similar technology.

Making a body that works to full advantage with a wide selection of different 
manufacturer's lenses would be a very difficult job.
