Digital BW, The Print

Hello Everybody- I'm a new member and a bit of a newbie to using Eboni-6 on my 1400. I've used it on 3 print jobs over the last 4 months. On the first two, I had no problems with clogging. 

When I started the most recent one, it worked fine at first, but after a few days without printing, the K channel started clogging to the point that I was only able to get 3 good prints (12 x 18) out of about 50 tries. I have flushed the heads with cleaning cartridges several times. I have an Octoinkjet tank, and I did so many cleanings and flushings that I filled it twice in one week. 

When I switched back to color ink (after flushing), it worked fine with no clogs at all.

I noticed one thing- I was printing on Moab Lasal gloss (I sprayed it after printing) and Moab Entrada, and the problem seemed much worse with the gloss. 

The other thing is that I am using it in a CIS. Could that cause the problem?

PS- if anybody lives in NYC, come see the show that I have the prints in- it's on the Upper West Side at 96th and Broadway. Hours are: Sat and Sun 12-6 and Wed 6-8 PM, through Apr. 17th. I'd love to hear what people think.
