Digital BW, The Print

On my Epson 7600 I continually
have jams with 8.5" x 11".
I use rolls and larger sheets of the bamboo
without any problems.
Nor do I have jamming problems with
Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308 in size 8.5" x 11".
I have back rolled the bamboo, I have let it flatten
under weight for weeks on end.

I am at a loss.
I also was able to exchange what I had with
Hahnemühle for a different batch of paper.
Still the problem persists.

Any suggestions would
be greatly appreciated.
